I've purchased a download of the full shogi game. Where is the emailed link? The link is generally mailed within 24 hours of purchase. If you don't see the download link in your email, check your spam folder. Commercial email looks a lot like spam and even the best email programs occasionally confuse the two.

Also, ask your ISP's Tech Support if they have filtered out emails from Gene Davis Software and request that they forward any emails you missed to your account.

I double clicked the JAR file or application file with no luck? Double check that you are using Java 1.6 or newer with on your computer. If the JAR file is treated like a ZIP file, try following the instructions for running the program from the command line found in the read me file.
